Drain Cleaning • San Antonio

CLOGGED DRAIN? LET’S FIND OUT WHAT’S ACTUALLY GOING ON.

First we get it flowing. Then, when the situation calls for it, we help figure out why it stopped so you are not paying to solve the same problem over and over.

Tell us what it’s doing.

You do not need to diagnose the plumbing before you call. Tell us which drain is acting up, whether it keeps coming back, and whether anything else in the house is affected.

ONE DRAINA sink, tub, shower, or toilet is slow or stopped.
KEEPS COMING BACKThe same clog returns after it has already been cleared.
SEVERAL FIXTURES / SEWAGEMultiple drains, gurgling, or sewage can point to a problem farther downstream.

Every drain job starts with access. If there is a usable cleanout, great. If there is not, the technician may use another appropriate access point such as a roof vent or, depending on the system, remove a toilet and work through the closet bend.

We clear the stoppage with standard drain-cable equipment when that is the right tool. If the clog is recurring or there is reason to suspect a defect, a sewer camera inspection may make sense after the line is open. When there is useful camera evidence, we show you what we found whenever practical.

Cable first. Hydrojet when it makes sense.

Cable cleaning.Often the right first tool for a common stoppage. It can restore flow without turning every clog into a bigger service.
Hydrojetting.More aggressive cleaning for confirmed grease, heavy buildup, or a problem standard cabling cannot adequately clear. See hydrojetting.
WIPES, TAMPONS + GREASE: two of the biggest recurring offenders we see are tampons and wipes. Grease is close behind. A cable can reopen a path through grease while leaving buildup on the pipe wall, which is why confirmed grease triggers a hydrojet recommendation.

If it keeps coming back, we want to know why.

Clearing the stoppage and diagnosing the cause are not always the same job. If a camera shows a break or other defect, another cleaning is not the repair. We show you what is visible, explain what it means, and move to the appropriate repair or replacement options instead of pretending broken pipe was fixed by a cable.

Quick answers

Do I need a sewer camera every time?

No. We recommend one when the situation calls for it, especially recurring stoppages or when there is reason to suspect damage. The goal is useful diagnosis, not adding equipment to every call.

What does it mean if several drains are backing up?

Several affected fixtures can point to a problem farther downstream than one sink or toilet. That pattern matters, but the exact cause still has to be diagnosed.

What if my house does not have a usable cleanout?

That does not automatically stop the job. Depending on the plumbing system and the situation, another appropriate access point may be available, including a roof vent or access through a removed toilet.

THE POINT: clear the drain, show you what we find, and recommend more only when the evidence calls for it.
